Joined FRCS in August 2024
The love for God is demonstrated immediately when entering into FRCS, and I am so excited to join a team that passionately pursues Christ in all that they do! I love how FRCS creates an atmosphere of partnership with families, while together we share the Gospel with students as they come to have a personal relationship with their Creator while learning and growing in His way.
Five books, other than the Bible, that have impacted my faith or career.
- Practicing the Way by John Mark Comer
- Praying Like Monks, Living Like Fools by Tyler Staton
- The Practice of the Presence of God by Brother Lawrence
- The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer
- Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
I love to spend time outside with my husband, going to local coffee shops and bookstores, and sharing meals with friends and family.
If you step into my home you will quickly notice we take coffee, reading, and house plants very seriously. My first cup of coffee during my morning time with Jesus is one of my favorite parts of my day, and I maybe love that afternoon latte or matcha a little too much. I have a habit of buying more books before finishing the ones already on my shelf, and I can never resist a children’s book. (When my husband can’t find me at the bookstore he knows to go straight to the children’s section.) I love to fill our home with plants of various sizes, and I learn so much from the patience and care it takes to support them as they grow.
