I watch our teachers serve students, families, and each other while demonstrating God’s love to all of our students — it’s not just about loving on them, but showing them the essence and nature of God through foundational, biblical wisdom in everyday life.
In early childhood education at FRCS, we have the opportunity to introduce Christian virtues at an early age to provide them with the tools needed to navigate a changing and difficult culture. The early years are the most impressionable, and the most important foundation we can lay for our students is teaching them these virtues and modeling it for them in every interaction we have with them. It is important to us to provide an environment for children to explore, make mistakes, and gain confidence socially, emotionally, academically, and most of all spiritually. No doubt, children thrive when they are exposed to positive, enthusiastic, creative, energetic role models who are “doers” and not just “tryers.”
Purpose and passion to make a difference in early childhood education is a gift from God. We hope to provide that for each child and family every day.
