The application process is simple, but there are a few things you will need to complete it. If your child is already in school, we recommend applying during the school year, as some items will be easier to collect while school is in session. Input your family’s information to the online application and submit the $25 application fee.
Step 2: Readiness Assessment
We will perform an assessment of the child to establish an initial benchmark regarding his or her development. We will set up a time to meet with the child’s teacher. We use the Brigance Early Childhood Screens III.
Step 3: Online Enrollment
When your child is accepted for enrollment, you will complete the process online and provide important information and documents* needed for the school year. At this time, you will also submit a non-refundable $150 registration fee.

All students entering kindergarten or 1st grade, as well as homeschool students transitioning to full-time status, will need to take entrance assessments or evaluations. If your student has special learning needs and requires additional testing, please contact the Admissions department at .
Step 3: Acceptance
After the family interview and assessments are completed, the Admissions department will contact you regarding the final status of your student’s application or, in some cases, request additional information from you. Upon acceptance, you will be sent instructions for online enrollment. If you do not have access to a computer, we will arrange for you to use a computer on our campus.
Step 4: Enrollment
The Enrollment Packet and payment of fees are also completed online. You must submit the enrollment packet and fee payment in order to secure your student’s place in his/her class. This includes:
Verifying student and family contact information
Electronically signing the tuition commitment agreement
Selecting a tuition payment plan and paying the non-refundable enrollment fee
You will receive a welcome letter via email to confirm that your student’s enrollment has been completed.

Senior High homeschool students may enroll on a per-class basis. Families pay per class. The fee per class is a flat fee and is not prorated based on semesters.

Step 2. Family Interview
Once your application is complete, including the pastor recommendation, we will contact you to schedule a family interview with the Jr/Sr High Principal.
Step 3. Testing and Screening
All new students planning to take math must take a math placement test.
Step 4. Acceptance and Enrollment
After the family interview is complete and you have been accepted, the Admissions Department will send you an Enrollment Packet to complete. This will be sent via email to access online. There is a $100 registration fee for each class taken. You will be directed to FACTS to set up an account for your tuition payments in this process.
Start Date and Time
Once enrollment has been completed and tuition payments have been set up, you will be contacted by the Jr/Sr. High Office with details on start date, times and materials needed for classes. NOTE: Enrollment must be completed with tuition payments set no less than 4 business days prior to the actual start date.
