FACTS & FRCS
FACTS provides many services to FRCS and our community, including Tuition Payment Plans and the Student Information System (SIS) used across campus. There are two primary aspects you need to know about, as a family new to Front Range Christian School.
Automatic Tuition Payment Plan
FACTS Management Company assists in processing tuition payments each school year. FACTS is the leading tuition management service in the nation serving thousands of private and faith-based schools. Their services provide significant benefits to school staff and school families including convenience, flexibility, and secure on-line access to individual account information. If you have any questions feel free to contact Peggy Adams our Finance Manager at or 303-531-4546.
The Family Portal
The FACTS Family Portal provides access to information to information about your student, including class schedules, syllabi, attendance, and much more. It also provides access to a family directory and resource documents that you may need throughout the year. There is a link to the Family Portal on every page of our website for easy access.
Other Helpful Information
In order to receive text messages about weather related closures and delays, please be sure to update your Parent Alert preferences.
Email Communications from FRCS
FRCS has adopted a tiered email system for parents to provide more control over the number of emails received from the Communications Office. All parents are put onto Tier 2 by default with they first join the community, but parents may change Tiers whenever they choose. If you feel you are receiving too many emails from the Communications Office, we encourage you to consider changing your email Tier before unsubscribing, as many important announcements come from the Communications Office. For complete information about the email Tiers, including the types of emails you’ll receive and instructions on how to change your Tier, use the button below.
SMS Communication from FRCS
If you wish to receive text messages from the school about events and reminders, we have an opt-in only system for parents who prefer SMS. It is not a comprehensive messaging system, so we encourage you to continue to read emails from the school, but it does provide a convenient way to know about what’s happening at the school.
Please note that this is separate from ParentAlert, which notifies parents of weather related delays and closures and emergencies at the school.
P3 Program
The Parent Partnership Program (P3) provides parents with the opportunity to model service to students and directly support the work of the school. Families with full-time students are invited to donate 60 hours of volunteer time or $600 over the course of the school year.
Please visit the P3 Portal to see what options are currently available and sign up online. You may also email for more information.
Unsure about some of the lingo you hear at FRCS? We’ve put together a handy Lexicon to help you acclimate.
