This is the week of our CHSAA District 4 basketball playoffs, and both Falcon Varsity teams are in the playoffs! Congratulations to the Falcons, both teams had a great year.

Here are the game schedules for this coming week and where games are being played. PLEASE REMEMBER: All of our district games are CHSAA Playoff games and so the only passes accepted are the CHSAA Courtesy Cards and CHSCA passes. All other passes are not accepted.  The cost for district games are $7 for adults and $5 for k-12 and Senior Citizens. FRCS students, faculty, staff, coaches family members, board members and alumni will all HAVE to pay to get into the home game at FRCS on Wednesday for the girl’s game.

Quarterfinals BOYS: Monday, February 21

• Denver Christian vs Clear Creek/Addenbrooke at Denver Christian at 6pm
• Limon vs Platte Canyon/Denver Academy at Limon at 6pm
• Lotus School for Excellence vs Front Range Christian being played at Aurora West College Preparatory School (6-12) at 6pm (10100 E 13th Ave., Aurora, CO 80010).
• Byers vs Golden View at Byers at 6pm

Quarterfinals GIRLS: Wednesday, February 23

• Limon vs Clear Creek/Golden View at Limon at 6pm
• Denver Christian vs Addenbrooke at Denver Christian at 6pm
• Front Range Christian vs Platte Canyon at FRCS at 6pm
• Byers vs Lotus School for Excellence at Byers at 6pm

Semifinals: Thursday, Feb. 24 ALL GAMES AT VISTA PEAK (24500 E 6th Ave., Aurora, CO 80018)

• GIRLS Semifinals at 4pm
• BOYS Semifinals at 5:30pm
• GIRLS Semifinals at 7pm
• BOYS Semifinals at 8:30pm

Finals: Saturday, Feb. 26 ALL GAMES AT VISTA PEAK (24500 E 6th Ave., Aurora, CO 80018)

• GIRLS 3rd Place at 10am
• BOYS 3rd Place at 11:30am
• GIRLS Championship at 1pm
• BOYS Championship at 2:30pm

The games at Vista Peak depend on the winners on Tuesday and Wednesday. Winners move on to Thursday and Saturday. From District Playoffs, the top 3 teams are automatically qualified to go to Regionals. Winners of district play host a Regional. Teams who lose on Tuesday or Wednesday or end up in 4th place on Thursday and Saturday still have a chance to make Regionals as they take the top 32 based on RPI. RPI seed 25-32 will be seeded. Regionals are to be completed by Saturday, March 5.
