Holy Grounds is looking for craftspeople and artisans to sign up as vendors for the first Holy Grounds Craft Fair on Saturday, December 7, from 9am till noon. Sell your homemade goods, take orders for custom items, and promote your business to the community!

Vendors are supplied with a 6′ table at the Holy Grounds Craft Fair and a black table cover; only a few tables will be near an outlet. There is a maximum of 29 vendor tables available. Vendors must register by November 29 to secure their spot (though we encourage you to reserve your spot early, as they are selling quickly).

Priority is given to vendors who are part of an FRCS family, and vendors must be at least 18 years of age.

Vendors must sell goods that are consistent with FRCS’s core values. All goods must be hand made or hand crafted, but all manner of goods are welcome. Potential vendor’s goods include, but are not limited to: soaps, fragrances, jewelry, wood crafts, textiles, paper art, yarn and needle crafts, pottery, ceramics, baked goods, silk floral arrangements, candles, wreaths, ornaments, toys, and so much more.

Vendor Agreement

As a vendor at the Holy Grounds Craft Fair at Front Range Christian School (FRCS), I:

agree to conduct myself in a manner consistent with Christian values while on campus
confirm that I am at least 18 years of age
understand that being a vendor at the fair does not constitute a legal or binding business relationship with FRCS outside that of event host (FRCS) and entity renting space at the event (vendor)
will bring sufficient inventory or samples of my goods to sell or take orders during the fair
acknowledge that I am wholly responsible for accepting payments for my goods
take responsibility for any tax reporting or payments that may arise as a result of me selling goods at the Craft Fair
waive any liability of FRCS in the event of theft, damage, or injury as per the Waiver of Liability signed by all FRCS parents (if you are not an FRCS parent or staff member, you will be asked to sign the Waiver before setting up your table for the Craft Fair)
understand that FRCS makes no claims or guarantees about the number of shoppers who will attend the Craft Fair or how much each vendor may sell during the fair
