Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, March 13, from 12-6pm, and Friday, March 14, from 8am-12pm. All students grades K-12 have a half day on Thursday and no school on Friday.
To schedule a conference, select the appropriate teacher’s name from the lists below, then select an available date and time slot, and follow onscreen instructions. A step-by-step guide is available beneath teacher names.
If you do not see a teacher’s name below, or if a teacher’s scheduler is full, please contact the teacher directly to arrange a conference time (some junior and senior high teachers will be away for the spring break practicum and most elective teachers should be contacted directly).

Step-by-Step Instructions for Scheduling your Parent/Teacher Conference
If you are not taken to a calendar screen from the teacher’s link, select the meeting option to be taken to the calendar screen (it may be called “Conferences” or “15 minutes” or something similar).
Select the date on the calendar, and then the time you wish to schedule your meeting:
BEFORE CONFIRMING, please make sure that the Time Zone is set to Mountain Time (shown just under the calendar).
Once you have verified that the time zone is correct, click/tap the “Confirm” button:
Type your name and email address in the appropriate boxes (if your student’s last name differs from yours, please enter both last names to help teachers prepare for the conference, e.g., Doe-Smith), then click/tap the “Schedule Event” button:
You will see a screen confirming your appointment.
You will also receive an email confirming your appointment. Use the buttons in the body of the email to add the conference to your own calendar or to cancel or reschedule, if needed:
