There are many things that I love about FRCS, but the faith based community is what stands out the most to me. You feel the love and warmth the minute you walk on campus. I’ve been fortunate enough to have the parent perspective for several years. My children have been blessed with teachers that exceed all expectations. Teachers that treat each child like the child of God that they are. Academically, they are thriving, but more importantly their relationships with God continue to grow stronger and stronger. It’s such a privilege to be surrounded by like minded individuals whose main purpose is to grow the Kingdom, and I can’t wait to see how God uses me this upcoming school year!
Five books, other than the Bible, that have impacted my faith or career.
- The 5 Love Languages of Children by Gary Chapman & Ross Campbell
- Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World by Joanna Weaver
- Do It Afraid by Joyce Meyer
- The Road Back to You by Ian Morgan Cron & Suzanne Stabile
- The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien
When I am not at FRCS I love spending time with my family. You can usually find me at the baseball field on the weekends or out on the golf course with my husband and kids.
In my quiet time, I love to curl up with a good book, my sweet pup and a hot cup of tea or coffee!
I am a Colorado native, and I’ve only been skiing ONE time! My first and only time on the slopes was humbling to say the least. Ask me to tell you the story sometime!
