One thing that has immediately stood out in my (admittedly short) time at FRCS is the community. There have already been a number of instances in which I thought I would be “stopping by” the campus to accomplish a task, only to leave hours later after many conversations. I am grateful for Front Range Christian’s kind welcome, and I am looking forward to becoming more integrated into this community.
Five books, other than the Bible, that have impacted my faith or career.
- How to Pray: Reflections & Essays by C.S. Lewis
- The Good and Beautiful God by James Bryan Smith
- You Are What You Love: The Spiritual Power of Habit by James K.A. Smith
- Generous Justice by Tim Keller
- A Week in the Life series by various authors (IVP)
I spend a lot of time with my wonderful wife Michaela, and our growing family. I am an avid reader, an engaged sports fan (particularly the NBA/NFL), a frequent podcast listener, a decent board game player, and an occasional pianist.
I was raised in upstate New York and spent my entire life prior to 2019 on the East Coast. I’m likely biased, but the Adirondack Mountains in the fall are more scenic than anything I have seen in Colorado.
