I love serving at FRCS where I can be in a God-centered school environment to partner with parents in fostering a student’s growth. I love being able to help students to be known, cultivate their development, and assist them in the discovery of how to transform the world for Christ using their unique calling and gifts.
Five books, other than the Bible, that have impacted my faith or career.
- Choice Theory by William Glasser
- Journey Towards the Caring Classroom by Laurie Frank
- The Explicit Gospel by Matt Chandler
- Follow Me by David Platt
- Let the Nations Be Glad! by John Piper
For me personally, growing up in Colorado has led me to live a life full of adventure and given me a backdrop to pursue outdoor adventure. I enjoy all adventure sports including rock climbing, snowboarding, climbing 14-ers, backpacking, fly fishing, and kayaking. Basically I love adventure and exploring nature.
FRCS allows me to use my passion as an outdoor adventure enthusiast. I am the coordinator of FRCS’s Adventure Club Sports program. These sports include FRCS Cycling Team, FRCS Climbing Team, and the FRCS Ski/Snowboarding Club (aka Shredder’s Club).
