I am so impressed by the mission and values which FRCS holds. However, I am even more impressed by how the same values are daily walked out within this school. I have seen a passion for excellence and true transformation reflected in classrooms, hallways, athletics, the arts, and the families who make up the school. I had the privilege of completing my student teaching experience at Front Range and knew that the Lord was calling me to a permanent role here. I am delighted to be a part of this community!
Five books, other than the Bible, that have impacted my faith or career.
- Till We Have Faces by C.S. Lewis
- Neither Beast nor God: The Dignity of the Human Person by Gilbert Meilaender
- Everybody Always by Bob Goff
- Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis
I love to explore the Colorado mountains whether that’s hiking, backpacking, swimming in alpine lakes or just going for a drive. You’ll often also find me reading, gardening, crocheting, baking, painting, or watching Star Wars. I’ve also recently picked up slacklining and while I spend most of my time off the line and on the ground, it has been a fun new skill to develop!
I have a very specific order for how I think the Star Wars movies ought to be watched for the first time—ask me about it sometime!
