Front Range is a school that teaches students to pursue Christ’s truth and grace in all aspects of life, whether in academia, on the field, in discipleship, or in service. The faculty commits itself to learning hard, working hard, and playing hard with the students. It is a team that prioritizes the formation of the whole person in their students, pushing them to seek truth, beauty, and mercy in every endeavor. In turn, students are challenged to step up–and they do. The students creatively and actively contribute to this culture of pursuing truth and building community, and the result is a fellowship of Christian learners pulsing with life.
Five books, other than the Bible, that have impacted my faith or career.
- The Four Loves by C.S. Lewis
- The Coddling of the American Mind by Greg Lukianoff and Jonathan Haidt
- The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkein
- The Circle Series by Ted Dekker
- Silence by Shusako Endo
I love to read books, watch movies, eat good food, travel to new places, and play board games with my friends. I would almost always rather be outside, preferably climbing something or sitting by a campfire, but gardening or playing Spikeball in the yard works too.
I am a fierce lover of dogs, stories, and iced coffee (hazelnut latte from Bean Fosters is where it’s at). Give me any of those or all three at once, and I’m a happy girl. 🙂 If you challenge me to a game of Catan, you’re going down. I have six amazing siblings and seven nieces and nephews–future rock climbers in training. And my dream is to eventually have traveled to all seven continents.
